Two things I concur with from other reviews are that the backing is hard to handle and the material seems unreasonably expensive. For two earlier small projects, like holding my radio receiver in my truck's cup holder, and for holding some foam blocks in place to protect heads from hitting screw ends, the material appears to be working as well as expected. In my case I'll secure the pieces in place with intermittent screws to minimize potential gaps as the materials flex in the heat/cold.
